This workshop offers a hands-on introduction to the traditional craft of printmaking for both children and adults. You will learn to use lino tools and inks to carve and press your own custom designs. Every participant will take home a unique finished print along with their hand-cut lino block, so the creative work can continue at home. For younger artists, we provide a variety of pre-made stamps in different sizes and styles. These allow children to experiment with layering patterns and colors onto paper without the need for sharp tools.
The session is built around the curiosity of trying a new technique and the simple joy of seeing a design come to life on paper. All inks provided are high quality, safe and wash off easily with soap and water.

Šios antspaudų dirbtuvės supažindins dalyvius su grafikos spaudos menu. Turėsite galimybę panaudoti įvairius linoleumo įrankius, kad sukurtumėte savo linoleumo antspaudą . Ši grafikos dirbtuvė taip pat duos šeimoms galimybę parsinešti namo savo unikalų grafikos darbą ir savo rankomis išraižytą linoleumą, kurį galėsite atsispausdinti savo namuose.
Taip pat grafikos dirbtuvėje bus pateikta įvairių dydžių antspaudų su skirtingomis iliustracijomis, kad kiekvienas rastų sau tinkamą būdą susipažinti su grafikos spauda. Naudodami iš anksto pagamintus antspaudus, dalyviai galės kurti skirtingus raštus, kuriuos atspausdins ant popieriaus lapų. Antspaudai yra puikus būdas šeimoms pažinti grafikos meną. Visi mūsų naudojami dažai yra saugūs ir lengvai nuplaunami su paprastu muilu. Dirbtuvių metu daugiausia dėmesio skirsime savo kūrybiškumui ir atrasime, ką gali pasiūlyti spaudos menas.

Monika Mitkute
Monika Mitkute is a Lithuanian artist based in Dublin. Her distinctive drawing style is rooted in her background in printmaking, which brings a specific level of detail and texture to her illustrations. In her work, Monika reimagines elements of the natural world to create new creatures placed within intricate surroundings. These drawings often contain hidden details that invite the viewer to look closer. Her work has been showcased internationally, with exhibitions held in Japan, Berlin, London, Canada and Ireland.
