We Mothers

This is an inclusive free workshop promoting a cultural exchange of Motherhood in a safe and supportive space.
We will explore the roots of identity through creative engagement with movement, meditation and writing.
Participants will engage actively and will bring their own voice and experience into the space.
This creative exchange will stimulate a stronger connection and understanding of each others’ cultures and heritage.
