Zeenie Summers SÀ.Rù.Mí
Zeenie Summers SÀ.Rù.Mí is a Yoruba-Irish SoulPop Artist, based in Dublin, with an eclectic mix of influences from West Africa and beyond, exploring Mastery, Self-Efficacy & Human Excellence; and sharing the journey through creative pursuits in Music, Fashion and Musings on Psychosocial topics.
The past decade has seen Zeenie Summers Sà.Rù.Mí work with a diverse mix of Prominent Artists and Bands, touring and performing at massive festivals & sold-out concerts all around the world.
Zeenie Summers Sà.Rù.Mí has lent her music and voice in support of causes that promote social justice, diversity and human
empowerment through the invitation of, and collaboration with, inspirational Artists and Activists in Ireland, such us Discovery Gospel Choir, Midnight Soul, Tig Linn, The Republic of Loose, Rhythm Africana and many more.
Zeenie celebrates humanity through her music series & vlogcast
segments at FeLAÁ Boutique and she is currently working on the
release of her debut EP which will be a live multimedia concert
presented at FeLAA Boutique Café in fellowship with other Artists
and Industry Professionals.
Muhammad grew up in Aleppo, Syria, where he got his bachelor’s degree in architecture then worked there as a teaching assistant before relocating to Dublin. He now works at DCU as a teaching assistant. During his masters’ studies at UCD in 2016 he fell in love with the idea of community engagement and the search for making better cities, so he founded Places of ARcture which aims to engage local communities with art and architecture. The Syria Architect Art Exhibition was his first event he organized as director of Places of ARcture during DCU refugee week. recently he directed and hosted a serious of online events as part of the London Festival of Architecture, Digital Program June 2020. He is a Founding member of Art Nomads, co-curator and participant in “Transhumance” the art exhibition Feb2020, and the Virtual Art Exhibition “Imagine” June 2020. Co-organizer for World Arabic Language day celebration as one of Arabesques events.
