In this hands-on workshop (get it!), theatre-maker Alison Ní Mháirtín will guide children and their adults through the magical art of creating bedtime stories from hand shadows. As well as learning how to make classics such as birds and other animals, participants will be invited to create characters of their own. This Language Explorers workshop as Gaeilge is suitable for three and four-year-olds and all materials will be provided. A knowledge of Gaeilge is not required for attendance. Children must be accompanied by an adult.

Bí linn do cheardlann agus turas draíochta tríd scéalta codlata le scáthanna. Chomh maith le clasaicí mar éin, beidh deis ag na rannpáirtithe a gcarachtair nua féin a chruthú le cabhair ó dhrámadóir Alison Ní Mháirtín. Tá an cheardlann Language Explorers le Mother Tongues seo oiriúnach do leanaí ó trí go ceithre bliana d’aois. Beidh gach ábhair le fáil ag an gceardlann – ní gá duit aon rud a thógáil leat. Ní theastaíonn buneolas ar an nGaeilge uait chun páirt a ghlacadh sa cheardlann.
